This privacy policy applies to visitors, customers, prospective customers and partners using cleanuva.ai worldwide.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on cloud infrastructure used by NETRO Sparkle GmbH. Basic technical access logs may include the IP address, browser / user agent, timestamp, requested URL and referrer where applicable. These are processed for security, stability and abuse prevention.
Contact forms
The website offers three inquiry forms: Get Pricing, Request a Demo and Accessories Inquiry. Depending on the form we collect: name, company, email, phone (if provided), country, product interest, your message, your consent and the submission time, together with technical metadata as needed. We use this to respond to inquiries, prepare offers, arrange demos, handle accessories and service inquiries, process partner inquiries and communicate with you.
International inquiries
Because Cleanuva serves international markets, inquiries may relate to customers or partners outside Germany and the EU — including Europe, China, the Middle East, North Africa and other regions. Data may be processed to evaluate regional availability, project fit, distribution cooperation, pricing and next steps.
Form processing and email
Form submissions are processed through a self-hosted automation workflow and forwarded by email to Cleanuva so our team can respond. Business email services may be provided by a professional email provider.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries and responding to requests; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for website security, business communication and operational stability; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where we explicitly ask for your consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry data as long as necessary to respond and manage the business relationship. Business communication is kept in line with applicable legal and commercial retention obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period unless a security issue requires longer retention.
Recipients
Depending on the request, data may be shared with internal Cleanuva / NETRO Sparkle GmbH staff; hosting and technical service providers; email and automation infrastructure providers; advisors where legally necessary; and project or regional partners only where needed to respond to a specific inquiry, handled with appropriate care.
International transfers
Because Cleanuva receives inquiries from international markets and may use service providers, data may be processed outside the EU/EEA where necessary. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are used.
